Sapporo Menu Redesign

One of the clients I primarily worked for under Tavistock Group was Sapporo, a high-end sushi restaurant based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The client wanted to enhance their entire menu portfolio to better match their clean yet vibrant atmosphere. I decided to redesign it from scratch, starting with a functional layout and an intricate pattern that still communicated their original vision while taking it a step further. I wanted the design to transform and broaden their entire vision. The menu designs played an integral part in the interior design vision of the restaurant, having a lasting impact even beyond the menus themselves.
